WHAT WE DO…

West Midlands 4×4 Response’s primary focus is to provide logistic support to the NHS, Emergency Services, and Charities in times of need. We operate mainly in the West Midlands area, but we often go where our clients need us. We are run entirely by volunteers. CANCER RESEARCH UK
We are called on throughout the year by our various local Cancer Research UK Reps to assist with logistics and marshalling at their many fundraising and charity events, including the “Race For Life” and “Walk For Life” events, and the “Pretty Muddy” obstacle course events
NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE (NHS)
Offering transportation logistics for the safe and timely arrival of Consultants, Doctors, and Nurses in times of adverse weather, ensuring they are able to continue their own much needed service, especially to more rural areas where access may prove difficult for more remote patients.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, our Responders were used for the successful and timely distribution of essential life saving medicines and equipment in the area, in conjunction with West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS)
ROUND TABLE

We are often asked by our local Round Table clubs to assist with marshalling and logistics for their own various events. We help with anything from car-park marshaling and organisation at Fireworks events, to towing Santa around their local roads at Christmas time to bring some joy and cheer to local children….of all ages!

To preserve and protect human life and property by supplementing and supporting emergency services, statutory bodies and other organisations as deemed appropriate by the Trustees. In particular, but not exclusively, by providing drivers, 4×4 vehicles and other resources in adverse conditions or other times of need. We are run entirely by volunteers.
