West Midlands 4×4 Response is a group formed entirely of volunteers, from all walks of life, who help local emergency services and civil authorities in times of need, with tasks such as, but not limited to:

Transportation of “mission critical” medical staff to ensure continued delivery of emergency medical treatment;

Assisting emergency service with emergency relocation of stranded  members of the public to a place of safety;

Ensuring a continued supply of emergency drinking water and medication.

Our geographical area is as shown on the map above, predominantly the same area as covered by the West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS)
